Soup with an egg.

Onion, garlic, peas, spinach, yellow cauliflower....

Veggie bouillon...

Salt, pepper, creme fraiche....

Cook onion and small amount of cauliflower in a pot.

Add steamed cauliflower....

Bouillon and water.

Pine nuts....as you can tell this is a total -throw anything in-
soup, or as my son would say, we´re making a potion.

Bring to a boil.

Add spinach, watch it disappear.... whhooozzz...

Don´t cook too long after this, or Your spinach will
lose taste and texture.

Get your eggs cooking. I cook a whole punch, they
stay good in the fridge and can be had for breakfast,
or whatever the need be.

Make your soup smooth.

Add creme fraiche.

Making croutons

Cut the crust off, cut in cubes.

Oil and butter on the skillet, cut garlic clove in half, cook until
browned, toss the garlic (or save for something else) add the bread.
Sprinkle with pepper and salt.

Mon dieu! These are better than chips! My mon used to
make these...real rye bread, butter and aromisuola
(a kind of salt we use.) ..mmmmm!

Cut the egg in half, blob on top of soup, add croutons
and enjoy! It is really good!

  2. Kiitos Satu,

Suurin osa ideoista tulee ihan vaan kokkauskirjoista...
Olen ihan innoissani tästä blogista, on kiva sitten lasten käydä katsomassa, kun ovat vanhempia, että mitäs silloin syötiin ja miten se tehtiin.
