Meaty versus Veggy.
Spice it up and add macaroni.
Cook veggies in a little bit of oil.
Until they soften, but still have a slight crunch to them.
Cut the stalk off the kale, chop the leaves.
Add kale in the veggies.
Spice it up! Add macaroni.
UUUpppssss....my camera tends to wander....
"BACK to food already!"
Turns out, dishes were even. Son had meaty stuff,
husband both and I had the veggy stuff....
Guess what we are eating this weekend!!!!
