Lobster soup and "quiche".

Cut onion, crate parmesan cheese.

Cut circles out of puff pastry.

Cook onion, garlic, chives, pepper & salt on a skillet.

Add thyme spice.

Add cheese inside the circle You have drawn on the pastry.

Add the onion mixture and tomatoes, goat cheese and
parmesan on top.

In to the owen 350F until pastry is golden brown.

Now the soup. Add onion mixture in the water.

Add lobsterbase.

Cut the meat out of defrosted lobstertail. Ask the hubby to help,
if You are crossed out :-D

Cut in smaller pieces.

Cook and go trough with a food processor.

Add 1/2 cup cream.

Check your spices and maybe add some tabasco....

Take your quiche out of the owen.

Take a moment to enjoy the scent of the great food
and EAT :-D
