Russian rye.

I found this really tasty bread at PCC.... Brenner Bro. baking.
Black russian rye bread, such a strong name and good bread!

Buttered one side of the bread, cooked it
on the skillet, slapped on some vegan bacon, avocado, tomato,
Boursin garlic & fine herbs gournay cheese and  Fontina
cheese. Sprinkle of shallots. Added on the plate some salad +
yesterdays bean salad......pure happiness   :-D
