Veggie "meat"balls.

Starting from last posts results, broccoli, carrot and arugula all
shredded.

Add onion, garlic and pinenuts.


Pinto beans.

Add all in sheriff and pulse till smooth.

Pop on top off other veggies, add little good oil.

Add eggs, use four, but just two yolks. Save a lot of calories and cholesterol.


In to the dough and add parmesan cheese. Mix.


Form in to balls and pop in the owen.


Veggie "meat"balls!
