Provencal tomatoes.

Recipe in the end.


Incredients.


Herbs all cut up and ready.


Take the core out gently.


Cut in half, remove seeds and liquid.


Add salt & pepper.


Fill with the herb & breadcrumb mixture.


Cook for 15min then drizzle on good olive oil
and cheese. Back in the owen for couple of minutes.



Done.

Make a salad of broccoli, tomatoe, salad, carrot,
black beans and whole wheat macaroni.


Dinner!




Next time I will obey Ina Garten and make my own
breadcrumbs....storebought were a bit too dry for this.
