Chantarelle.






I shredded 3 zucchinis. Did I mention I LOVE my food processor!


Cauliflower is boiling.

Pop the onions on the skillet.


Squeeze the extra moisture off the zucchini with Your hands
 and pop on the skillet.
 Cook for a while to further force the moisture out.



Cook the chanttarelles on an other skillet to add some
color and then pop in the company of the onion and zucchini.
Add soysauce, pepper and salt.

Mash the cauliflower, add if You will, some butter and
perhaps a dabble of cream.


Drop in a veggie boullion and water, finish with just a little
 bit of cream.....heaven.
