Lohipiirakka / Salmon pie.

Frozen puff pastry. Can be found at any store freezer section.
Take it out to thaw an hour before.



Spread the dough on a cookie sheet with some parchment paper under.


Brown rice, hard boiled eggs and salmon with dill, salt, pepper
and some cream.


First the rice.


Eggs. (You could add some cheese between the layers,
if You like.)


Salmon.

Cover with puff pastry, fold the sides under and press to seal.


Decorate with a fork, make some holes for the air to come out
and spread eggwash.

In  to the owen 200C. or 350F. untill nice somewhat dark brown.

Ready.

Nice package of all kinds -good for You- things.


Add some veggies and honey-yogurt sauce. So good and a
great lunch or dinner for the coming week.
