Tuna, that chick of the sea.




Last night we came home late from son´s Lacrosse practice.

Way past dinner time and I have not prepared anything in advance,
Why not You ask....well......I ....mmmmmm.....forgot?






So I slapped some bread on a cooking sheet.








Pulled out some tuna.







Cheese and aromisuola. (a kind of finnish style salt I love)




Everything in pile, top with pineapple.






Cheese. <3   In the owen on HOT 400F for a quick heat up.








Chop, chop some veggies to go...





Take bread out, sprinkle with suola/ salt and chives.







Chow!





Bedtime! Oyasuminasai! ( good night in japanese?)
