Breakfast: tuna, one egg and one egg white, mayo and
salad + tomato.
In the microwave, take out every now and then to mix. Please DO
cover with something, or you will have to clean the micro in the
Yum and keeps you full easy until lunch.
Lunch: miracle noodles, light hot dog, hamburger meat and
salad, tomato and cucumber. I spiced things up with mustard.
Snack: low fat yogurt, truvia package and no sugar jam.
Dinner: chili con tuuli.
Onion, garlic, canola oil, hamburger meat (lowest fat I could find)
Beautiful lima beans, that I soaked over night.
Spinach. Throw everything in the pot, cook for about 3hours at

Cook veggies, in this case cauliflower and butternut squash.
Serve and enjoy on a rainy, gloomy day.
It will warm you up inside and out!
Evening snack: pistachios.
