Easter sunday dinner.
It was so good! As always I meant to buy a big roast of lamb,
but when I´m standing in front of the meat section, I start to
wonder...will the young man eat it, will I eat it...maybe I should
just get the ground stuff...and that´s what I end up doing. I really
need to get more adventurous....next year!
Mix of lamb and beef.
Lots of garlic (6 gloves) and half an onion. Cook on a
skillet until translucent.
3eggs, 1/2 cup low fat shredded mozzarella, salt, pepper,
soy sauce. Add cooked onion and garlic.
Recruit your family to help rolling them balls.
Cook/ brown all around on a skillet in butter <3
Cute bread.
Once the balls are all browned, in to the owen 220C
for 10-20min. Keep checking to see if there is any pink,
if pink, they need more time.
Kot, kot! Kluck, kluck!
Yellow milk, naturally!
After a long day out working in the garden, this looked like heaven!
At this point I realize I don´t have mint jelly, I could have sworn
I had some! NOOOO!
But, turns out, black currant jelly was really good with this meal.
Phew!!!
Happy easter!
Garden is ready for some warm weather, please, thank you!
Salad.
Cherry tomatoes, dill, sunflowers, carrots and parsley are in and I´m out.
All that digging and bending and cutting out there....
Somebody is not getting up in the morning like a young woman tomorrow
morning.....more like a really, really old woman. I´m going to be sore :-I
Have a happy monday!
