Soup du jour.


This soup has two kinds of cabbage, spinach, garlic,
beef boullion and peppercorns.







Cut your cabbages and spinach tiny, more pleasant to eat.











Beans have been soaking overnight and are cooking with some salt
until soft.





Cut as much garlic as you like, I had about 4-5 cloves.







Beans are done, drain and rinse.





This stuff gives your soup a great taste.







All in the pot.




Peppercorns are a must in a really good soup, but they are not fun to
bite on.....




Use cheesecloth and baking string to tie a little baggie.






Pop´er in the soup.





Enjoy with a meat of your choice and fresh tomatoe.





Delish!!!!
