Halloumi.

I made a salad with grilled halloumi and .....krohom....hot dog.





Incredients. Hot dog is hiding :-/







Cut halloumi in grillable-lalalllaaaa( :-? ) pieces.




 Grill halloumi and hot dog.





Enjoy with some cloudberry jam....if you can get the Finnish
kind, that´ll be the best, but if not, any old brand will do. I had
to settle for the Ikea kind....next summer I will bring a good
amount of Finnish jam back here!!

    Is the word "bakeapple" familiar to you? I heard it once in some cooking series and it was the same berry as a cloudberry, lakka and hilla? I had to google it:)
