Fish & Chips

Still here...it´s just that, as winter approaches
I start hibernating....just maintaining the most
important actions, like shower. Haa, haa. ;-D
The above potatoes are srubbed clean, cut in
nice pieces.


Some oil, pepper & salt.



In the owen 425F untill golden brown.



For tartar sauce, mayo.




Lemon juice.




Pickles.





Onion.


Mix together.




Tadaa, tartar...











Mmmmm, good! (little tip, don´t cook the fish as
long as the potatoes....crisp is good, but hard´s
not....)
