Fast lunch.





Box of precut mushrooms, bag of frozen broccoli
and 2 garlic cloves.




Cook mushrooms in a dap of oil and add
soy sauce, pepper, chives and parsley.



Cook broccoli and garlic in little water.



Add veggie base. When broccoli is soft, drain most of the water
and mush with hand mixer until smooth, add pepper and salt to taste.




Cut some feta cheese and tomato, add on top, enjoy!
