Was good yesterday!
Chopped up some prepared veggies from the night before
potatoe, cabbage, broccoli stalk and light salami.
(I love the low fat salami, just a little bit will spice up anything.)
Fill the plate with salad.
Cook the veg and salami in a bit of oil. Scrape the bottom
for the tasty stuff.
Drop on top of salad, add low fat cheese and some nuts....
Last night was beautiful, must share a look.
