Vacation food.

Food was great in Santa Barbara, at first I planned on taking
a photo of every food I eat, but after a few, just decided to be
on vacation, so not very many food pics, sorry.
This sandwich was tasty....but why so insanely much turkey?!

Son´s macaroni & cheese. Pasta and cheese....can´t go wrong!

Good for Ya soup!

Sometimes body just needs soup, when it´s raining, when you feel
fat, when you feel cold, when you feel sick, when you feel happy,
when you want soup...

Butternut squash.

spinach.

Broccoli.

Kidney beans.

Just their color says, "I´m so good for ya!"

Peppercorns in a baggy, so you don´t have to bite in to one.

All in a pot with beef or vegetable boullion, salt.....any spice
you like.

Add a ton of garlic.

Cook until butternut squash is soft. REMEMBER to take out the
peppercorn baggy.

Make ér smooth and return the pepper baggy.

Drizzle of parmesan cheese and egg on the side....you are
good for days!

Pasta, please!

So, my family informed me that they would PLEASE like to have
spaghetti for dinner. I had put the following items (under this text) in the
freezer a couple of days earlier, to wait for that day when I don´t feel
inspired to cook. Well, out they came and dinner was fast that day,
must love that!

It was sooo good, what is it about spaghetti.....it´s just so, so good!

Lunch at Lucia´s.

https://iloveluciakirkland.com/gallery.html

Hubby and I had a tasty lunch at Lucia. I love having lunch with
him, just the two of us, we don´t get to have lunch together often,
so it was....romantic <3 Thank You Babe!

I had the spinach salad with chicken and tomato soup.
This tomato soup is amazing, I don´t normally like tomato
soup, but this....I wish I could get the recipe!!! There is
parmesan cheese in it and a lot, that much I know :-)

Husband had the meatballs and spaghetti and polished it off in
no time, so it must have been good!

We sat right by the fire....nice.

Sorry about the quality of the photos, I don´t think it´s polite
to use flash at a restaurant.

To start with, some guacamole and dips.

Yummmm! Chicken quesadilla.

My favourite, black beans.

Go try it if you have chance, very good and great atmosphere!
