Plum/ apple tart.
Dough: 200g butter, 1dl sugar, 1egg, 1teaspoon baking powder,
Beat butter and sugar until fluffy, add egg, mix well.
Add dry incredients. Let rest in the fridge for 30min.
I used half of the dough for this tart, left the rest in the
fridge for a few days to use for something else later.
Arrange thinly sliced apples and halved plums on the dough.
Sprinkle with sugar.
In the owen 175C for about 10-15min, or until golden brown.
Apple will be slightly crunchy, I like that, but if you like the apple
soft, dip it in boiling water for a few minutes before arranging on tart.
Pretty and really good. Your house will smell wonderful,
tart has an amazing scent!
