Chicken with mayo, herbs and parmesan.
This is an easy recipe, but will be a winner at your dinner
table, it´s very tasty!
Njom!
Chives and parsley.
Try to find thin chicken breasts. Salt and pepper, unless you are
trying to keep salt levels down. Spread mayo on top of chicken.
Try to find mayo that is made of good oil, like in this case
safflower oil.
Sprinkle parmesan on top.
Add herbs.
Cook in 200C for about 15 to 20 min, take out and test by cutting
from the thickest part of chicken, juice should be clear.
Enjoy with veggies and pasta.
