Banana/ avocado pancakes.
Well, it's all the rage now to make banana protein pancakes. I had to try it. we have a person with banana allergy in our house so I started testing how avocado would work in the recipe. It was good, next time I will drop the banana and just use avocado. Cakes come out greenish, but if one added some sweet potatoe......hmmm.
Every time one of us goes to US
we bring back this:
Best protein powder ever. It tastes like vanilla
and has a wonderful scent.
It was good, will make again.
My pancakes had:
- 1 banana
- 1/2 avocado
- 2 tablespoons of proteinpowder
- 1/2 cup oats
- 1egg and two egg whites
Mix together with blender or hand blender.
Cook on low heat until nicely browned.
Pour on some maple syryp and enjoy.
