Bread from oat porridge.

These are so good you might make
porridge just to make these.
I had a lot of leftover porridge
and made these.

-3 dl of leftover porridge
(mine had black currants in it,
those add an interesting zing to
the bread)
-3eggs
-1dl milk
-3 dl of flour
-1tsp baking bowder
-dash of salt

Mix wet ingredients and
than add mixed dry stuff.
Cook on parchment paper.
Bake in 225c for 15min
depending on your owen.
Keep an eye out on them,
you want nice browning,
not burning.

Add butter and enjoyđź’›

Chili.

My sister-in-law makes chili and corn bread, that taste like
fireworks in ones mouth, it is just amazing! I had to
make some chili for us again.

Got these beans that taste almost like meat , they are called
fava beans. I soaked them overnight and cooked until soft.

Tomatoes from our yard, love them!

Chopped the tomatoes, mushrooms and onion, cooked them on a skillet
with hamburger meat until most of the liquid evaporated. Spiced things
up with beef boullion, salt, pepper, mustard, soy sauce, ketchup, paprika
 & tabasco.

Add a can of chopped tomatoes, a can of black beans,
fava beans and a dash of cream, mix well. Cook for 5 more minutes.

Top with sour cream, cheddar and chives.

Serve with fresh buttered bread. AH-mazing!
