Got a package of old bread laying around? Well, take it out
and cut most of the crust off.
Oil an owen dish.
Arrange bread so it cover´s the bottom. Pour on a little cream,
sprinkle with salt and pepper.
Take out mushrooms from the freezer, thaw and layer on the bread.
Layer some cut tomatoes on top and julienne basil and spread on top.
Cheese.
Second layer.
Little cream to top off. Salt & pepper. Sprinkle with cheese.
This came out really good, such a tender taste! Great use of old bread!
